To order, simply follow the steps, and check out.

Average turnaround time is about about 15 business days. Once your order ready, you will be notified and your items will be delivered to the UNLV School of Medicine office on Shadow Lane. You also have the option for home delivery or pick up at the Gear Up By Design shop. We are located in the Centennial Hills area at 7565 Norman Rockwell Lane, Suite 130, 89143.

Please know that we will embroider exactly what is given to us via the order. We cannot be responsible for any name typos entered on the order. However, if there is an error on our end, please bring it to our attention and we will replace the apparel item as soon as possible.

All sales are final. One (1) like for like sizing exchange is allowed IF the apparel is not personalized. We can not exchange personalized items. Exchanges must occur within 7 days of delivery.

Also, we are always open to any other suggestions for styles, brands, or other apparel items such as scrubs, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate!
